# Meta Ray-Ban Display apps (developer preview)

Meta's route for third-party apps on the Meta Ray-Ban Display. Developers can build web apps with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with access to phone GPS, motion data and Neural Band input. They can also use a native iOS and Android toolkit to extend an existing phone app onto the glasses with text, images, lists, buttons and video.

- **Works with:** [Meta Ray-Ban Display](https://buildforglasses.com/devices/meta-ray-ban-display/)
- **How users install apps:** You can add web apps today in developer preview. In the Meta AI app, turn on Developer Mode (Settings > App Info, tap the app version five times, then Enable). Then go to App Settings > Apps > Web Apps > Connect Web App, enter the app's HTTPS address and tap Save. The app appears at the bottom of the app grid on the glasses. Needs glasses software v125 or later and Meta AI app v272 or later. Meta's docs describe no app store; apps are shared by link.
